Siamese Cat sneakingly looking at a Bird. We all know what he has on his mind. Made with Ink & Markers on 4½"x 7" Illustration Board. This is very fun & collectible and would be great to add to your collection or to start your own Tambra Art Collection.  Does not come framed but easily slips into a frame.  Black border is not part of the art work.
