This Tambra Art Card Original is of a Cat that is an Officer.  His name is Officer 'Handcuff' Henderson.  His nickname 'Handcuff' came about during the Police Academy when he was practicing putting handcuffs on suspects.  He became an expert right away and was able to handcuff someone quickly and with one hand.  When he was out on patrol and came across 'Mugger' Mitchell.  He was mugging an older lady.  Officer Henderson chased 'Mugger' Mitchell and caught up with him.  A fight ensued.  'Mugger' Mitchell tried to reach for Officer Henderson's gun when 'Mugger' Mitchell suddenly realized he was in handcuffs.  Officer 'Handcuff' Henderson had swiftly taken 'Mugger' Mitchell into custody before the bad guy could even blink.  The older lady was so grateful that she made Officer 'Handcuff' Henderson a batch of doughnuts.  Officer 'Handcuff' Henderson brought the doughnuts to Police Headquarters and shared them with everyone.  He was a hero to all.  PrismaColor Pencils & Ink on 2½"x 3½" 100lb Strathmore 300 Series Bristol Board.
